摘要
欠发达地区的社会主义新农村建设对于整体推进和加快新农村建设步伐具有典型意义。其具体表现在三个方面:一是充分把握省政府相关政策并运用惠农资金,使之产生示范作用;二是创新新农村建设工作思路的借鉴价值;三是全面和谐永续发展的长板效应。
