通用流失方程式(USLE)在铁路工程建设项目水土流失量预测中存在的问题及改进建议 被引量:1

摘要 通用流失方程式(USLE)是目前水土保持方案编制中应用较多的一种模式,但在铁路工程建设项目水土流失量预测中,存在概念不明确、参数确定不准确的理论缺陷和应用局限性等较多问题。结合笔者多年水土保持方案编制实践经验,采用类比调查方法,分析了通用流失方程在实际应用中产生问题的根源,提出了铁路工程建设项目水保方案编制不宜过分强调水土流失量预测的观点。指出应尽可能通过资料收集、专家咨询、现场类比调查或选取典型工点进行预测的方法,提高水土流失预测的准确度,以便在方案中提出有针对性的水土保持措施,加强对水土保持工程设计的指导作用。 The universal soil loss equation (USLE), the mode often applicated in water and soil conservation scheme, caused a lot of problems while used in railway engineering construction, including theory defect in blurry conceptions, inaccurate parameters, and limitation of application. In this article, with years of experiences on water and soil conservation scheme, the author analysed the causation, proposed that the prediction of soil erosion should not be emphasized exeessively in railway engineering construction, moreover collecting, expert inquiry, analogy survey or typical and strengthen its directive effect on water and soil suggested the estimate accuracy can be improved by means of date section prediction, so as to put forward targeted technical measures conservation design.
