摘要
家庭暴力是发生在家庭成员之间的暴力行为。日益严重的家庭暴力危害了受害者的身心健康,侵犯了受害者的合法权益,破坏了社会的和谐稳定,已引起全社会的广泛关注。为了给予家庭暴力的受害者更全面、更具体、更适当的援助,以取得良好的社会效果,必须建立法律、社会、心理各层面的社会支持服务体系。
Family violence is popular phenomena existed in family members, which not only infringes upon the litigant＇ s health and personal ment of society.
