摘要
德育首先是思想政治教育,同时还包括道德教育、时势政策教育、健康心理教育。在我国改革开放和经济全球化的背景之下,加强高校德育工作具有十分的紧迫性。要加强高校德育工作,必须做到:切实加强各级党组织对宣传工作的领导,为学校德育工作的顺利开展创造良好的校园环境;坚持先进性与群众性相统一的原则,区分高校德育工作的层次性;提高教师素质;充分发挥课堂教学的主导作用;发挥"五老"(老干部、老劳模、老教师、老专家、老党员)的积极作用;开展朝阳读书活动。
Ideological education firstly includes ideological and political education, and also includes moral education, situation and policy education and psychological health education. Improving ideological education in universities becomes more urgent. Improving propaganda guide and to build proper campus circumstances; Uniting pioneer and public as well as classifying ideological education; improving teachers＇ capabilities; making use of teaching at class; having full role play of＂the five aged＂（aged cadres, aged working models, aged teachers, aged experts, aged Communist Party Members）;carrying out study program.
