摘要
目前高校学生宿舍管理员队伍整体素质不高,要提高管理员招聘起点,严把入口关;加强对管理员的培养和培训,提高专业化水平;建立合理的竞争激励机制,激发队伍的生机和活力;进行人性化管理,保护和发挥好员工的工作积极性。
Currently, student dormitory superintendent team in colleges and universities is of low quality. The minimum requirements for appointing superintendents should be raised and they should be strictly examined. The cultivation and training of the superintendents should be enhanced to raise specialty level, reasonably incentive mechanism for competition between them should be established to motivate their activeness and initiative. Humanized management should be conducted to protect and bring their activeness into full play.
