摘要
教师聘任制是现代大学制度建设的重要内容,应试行教师"选择性任期制";严格教师聘任程序,评聘分开;完善教师绩效考核和聘后管理制度。
The appointment of teachers in colleges and universities is an important content of establishing modem college system. Colleges and universities sho.ld try to use selective duration of appointment, strictly implement the teachers＇ appointment procedures, separate appointment from evaluating teachers and perfect performance evaluation and post-appointment management system for the teachers.
