"全域成都"规划为全域一体、城乡统筹发展提供了一个整体性框架和目标方案,可有效指导城乡统筹的深化和建设工作。"全域成都"的规划重点是促进产业合理布局、建立城乡一体的交通格局,推进基本公共服务均衡化建设,建立一体、覆盖全域的基础设施体系等。规划确定了"一区两带六走廊"的全域城乡空间发展格局,构建了"114322"的城乡体系结构,塑造了"多中心、走廊形、组团式"的新型城乡形态,形成七大功能区。
The ＂Panoramic Chengdu＂ planning scheme provides a holistic framework and vision to guide urbanrural integration. Its emphasis is to promote the appropriate location of industry, establish an urban-rural transportation network, boost the construction of public facilities, and build an efficient infrastructure network. The plan presents a ＂one area, two belts, and six corridors＂ spatial organization, a ＂114322＂ structure, and seven major zones based on a multiple center and corridor urban-rural morphology.
