摘要
目的探讨稳恒磁场旋转治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法随机选择临床放弃治疗的晚期恶性肿瘤患者32例,依据其采用磁场旋转治疗参数的不同将其分为A、B、C、D、E 5个组,其中A组4例,B组15例,C组3例,D组3例,E组7例,治疗范围包括原发病灶及转移器官和淋巴结;每天治疗1次,每次治疗1～2 h,治疗总天数为30～50 d,平均42 d。结果采用稳恒磁场旋转治疗方法后,全部患者的临床症状和体征均得到显著缓解,其性别、年龄、病种、治疗参数以及既往是否采用过其他抗肿瘤治疗措施等,似乎并不影响旋转磁场治疗肿瘤的效果,但其治疗次数的多少和每次治疗时间的长短却与此治疗方法的疗效明显相关。结论旋转磁场治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效显著,且无任何不良反应和并发症,值得进一步研究和探讨。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the rotation magnetic field treatment system on advanced malignant tumor. Methods 32 patients with advanced malignant tumor who had been given up clinically were randomly chosen, and were divided into Group A, B, C, D and E according to different treatment parameters. Group A parameter was applied to 4 patients, Group B 15 patients, Group C 3 patients, Group D 3 patients, and Group E 7 patients. Treatment area included original disease, sub clinical disease and organ or regional lymph nodes suspected having metastasis. The patients received the treatment which lasted 1 -2 hours once per day for a total number of 30 - 50 days （mean： 42 days）. Results The patients clinical symptoms and signs were significantly relieved after the treatment. It is likely that gender, age, disease type, treatment parameter and whether having had other antitumor therapies or not did not influence rotation magnetic field＇s therapeutic effect on malignant tumor. Its therapeutic effect was apparently related to treatment frequency mad treatment time. Conclusion Rotation magnetic field had significant therapeutic effect on advanced malignant tumor without any adverse effect or complication, and it is worth further clinical investigations.
