支原体尿道炎病原体检测及药敏分析

摘要 目的了解泌尿生殖道支原体感染及药物敏感情况。方法对376例拟诊为非淋球菌性尿道(宫颈)炎患者进行支原体培养及药敏试验。结果 106例支原体培养阳性,阳性率28.19%,其中解脲脲原体(Uu)阳性率最高(71.70%),人型支原体(Mh)阳性率最低(6.60%)。Uu对12种抗菌药物敏感性依次为交沙霉素(96.05%)、米诺环素(94.74%)、强力霉素(93.42%)、克拉霉素(90.79%)、阿奇霉素(88.16%)、环脂红霉素(86.84%)、甲砜霉素(73.68%)、加替霉素(68.42%)、左氧氟沙星(47.37%)、罗红霉素(38.16%)、红霉素(35.53%)和环丙沙星(18.42%)。结论本地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染以Uu感染较多,治疗Uu感染宜首选交沙霉素、米诺环素。药敏试验对临床用药,减少耐药菌株,提高治疗效果具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate myeoplasma infection and drug- sensitivity test. Methods 376 patients who were suspected non- gonocoeeal Urethritis (Cervicitis) were taken mycoplasma infection and drug- sensitivity test. Results 106 cases of Mycoplasma culture were positive with the positive rate of 28. 19% , Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) was the highest rate ( positive rate of 71.70% ), Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) was the lowest rate ( positive rate of 6. 60% ), Uu on 12 kinds of antibiotics sensitivity followed by TAC sand Adriamycin ( 96.05% ), of minocycline ( 94. 74% ), doxycycline 93.42% 73.68% 35.53% clarithremycin (90. 79% ), azithremycin (88. 16 % ), Central fat erythromycin (86. 84% ), a thiamphenicol and for Adriamycin ( 68.42% ), levofloxaein ( 47.37% ) , roxithromycin ( 38. 16% ) , Erythromyein ciprofloxaein (18.42%). Conclusion In this region, Uu infection is the most of myeoplasma infection. Josamyein and minocycline should be the preferred treatment to Uu infection.
