在0003mol·L-1(CH2)6N4HCl缓冲底液中,偶氮溴磺(Ⅲ)在示波极谱仪上产生三个良好的还原波:P1(-0.25V)、P2(-0.35V)和P3(-0.57V),加入稀土离子后,试剂峰高降低,并在更负的电位处产生络合吸附波P4(-0.62V)。P4峰高与稀土离子的浓度有良好的线性关系,用来测定Ce3+,检测下限可达2×10-8mol·L-1。轻、重稀土有类似的响应。
In 0.003 mol·L -1 (CH 2) 6N 4 HCl buffer solution at pH=5.50, bromosulphonazo (Ⅲ) gave three reduction peaks: P 1 (-0.25 V), P 2 (-0.35 V) and P 3 (-0.57 V) (SCE) in single sweep polarography. When rare earth elements were added, the peaks of reagent decreased and a new peak appeared at more negative potential P 4 (-0.62 V). The peak height of P 4 was linear with the ion concentration (from 6.6×10 -8 to 2.3×10 -5 mol·L -1 ) of rare earth elements. The composition of the complex was determined to be 1∶1. The stability constant of the complex was 1.03×10 5. This method was used successfully to determine rare earth elements of the sample with satisfactory results.
