摘要
目的探讨重型颅脑损伤患者的急诊观察及护理。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2003年6月至2008年11月收治的123例重型颅脑损伤患者的诊治和护理体会。结果本组123例患者手术治疗36例,非手术治疗87例。治愈100例,占81.3%,好转13例,占10.6%,死亡10例,占8.1%。结论重型颅脑损伤是神经外科常见疾病,发病突然,病情多变,救助困难。积极抢救和精心合理的护理是减少并发症、提高治愈率、降低病死率的重要保证。
Objective To investigate the care of patients with severe brain injury. Methods To analyze the diagnosis, treatment and care of 123 patients with severe brain injury retrospectively in our hospital from June 2003 to November 2008. Results Of 123 patients, 36 cases suffered from surgical treatment and 87 cases non - surgical treatment, with 100 cases cured（81.3% ）, 13 cases improved（ 10.6% ） and 10 cases died（8. 1% ）. Conclusion Positive rescue and reasonable care is the key to reduce the complications and improve cure rates to reduce the mortality.
