摘要
门槛是一种较难成形的零件，在设计模具时，根据零件的结构工艺性确定拉延件的合理工艺补充。分析材料的流动方式，采取左、右两件对称拉延。试模时，正确处理工艺切口、试模料的的外形、压迫力三者之间的关系，获得了表面质量较好的零件。
in this paper,the design and manufacture of drawing die for the threshold is introduced,when designing the die,we can determine the reasonable technology,analyze the material flow and use the symetrical drawing of two parts simultanously according to the structure of the parts. Meanwhile,the part with fine surface precision can be obtained only correctly processing tile relations among thetechnical l,ancing,die configration and blankholding force.
