摘要
为了解决数控加工中非圆二次曲线的直接插补难题 ,本文提出了一种通用插补算法 ,可对各种二次曲线进行直接精确插补 ,运算速度快 ,插补误差不大于 0 .70 7个步长。它还可以推广运用到更高次曲线中。本方法将可以大大扩展CNC系统的插补功能 。
To solve the problem of direct interpolation for no-circle quadratic curve in NC machining, this paper proposes a general interpolation algorithm which can interpolate many kind of quadratic curve directly and accurately. The computing is fast and the error is less than 0.707 setp. The algorithm can also be applied in higher ordered equation curve. It will greatly enhance the interpolation function in CNC system, and make the process of NC code programming and machining for quadratic and higher ordered curve easier.
