摘要
上海三钢公司初轧厂根据所用央钳起重机承担均热炉刮法、雉移车皮等工作，主梁、端梁和方井架焊缝易出现严重的开裂现象，在更新改造该起重机时进行了针对性设计。实际运行证明，各项性能达到了预期要求，能成功担负利渣和推移车皮的任务。
The weld on the main beam, end beam and square support frame of the crane with tongs cracked easily and severely because the crane used heavily for scraping slag in soaking pit and pushing the trains. The pointed design was put out on this question during innovating the crane. The practical running showed that all the properties of the revamped crane reached the expected needs.[
