摘要
目的研究麻疯树提取物的体外抗病毒和杀菌作用,为进一步提取分离有效成分提供实验依据。方法采用细胞培养技术,观察麻疯树1,2,3号提取物对单纯疱疹Ⅰ型病毒(HSV-Ⅰ)、单纯疱疹Ⅱ型病毒(HSV-Ⅱ)和流感A3型病毒(A3)的直接灭活作用以及抑制它们增殖的作用;采用悬液定量杀菌法,观察麻疯树1号提取物对白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭作用。结果麻疯树1,2,3号提取物对细胞的毒性较小;提取物既能抑制单纯疱疹病毒在胞内的增殖,又能直接灭活该病毒;总体而言,提取物对HSV-Ⅰ在胞内增殖的抑制作用略优于HSV-Ⅱ,对HSV-Ⅰ的直接灭活作用更是显著强于HSV-Ⅱ;提取物对A3的直接灭活作用效果显著;3号提取物还能抑制A3在鸡胚内的增殖。麻疯树1号提取物对白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌具有极强的杀灭作用。结论麻疯树提取物具有体外抗病毒、杀菌的作用。
Objective To provide an experimental evidence for further extraction and separation of active components, we investigated the antivirus and bactericidal effects of extracts from Jatropha curcas L. in vitro. Methods We applied the method of cell culture to observe extracts from Jatropha curcas L. , No. 1,2,3, directly killing herpes simplex virus ( HSV - Ⅰ & Ⅱ ) and influenza virus A3, as well as inhibiting their proliferation in cells. In another experiment, we observed the bactericidal effect of No. 1 extract from Jatropha curcas L. on Candida albicans, Staphylococcus aureaus and Escherichia coli. Results The extracts from Jatropha curcas L. , No. 1,2,3, had lower cytotoxicity. All the extracts could inhibit herpes simplex virus from proliferating in cells and directly kill the virus. Their inhibitory action on the proliferation of HSV - Ⅰ was a little better than Ⅱ, while their inhibitory effect on HSV -Ⅰwas obviously stronger than lI. All the extracts were able to kill influenza virus A3 directly, and extract No. 3 could inhibit the proliferation of this virus in embryonated egg. Furthermore, No. 1 extract had a very strong bactericidal effect on Candida albicans, Staphylococcus aureaus and Escherichia coll. Conclusion Extracts from Jatropha curcas L. have antivirus and bactericidal effects in vitro.
