摘要
通过对专利报道的各种木纹交流电解液进行实验对比,发现能够得到逼真木纹、溶液稳定、操作方便的体系有偏硼酸钠-硼酸体系,酒石酸-磷酸钠体系、磷酸钠-正丁酸体和柠檬酸-氢氧化钠体系。对这四个体系的电位-电流密度曲线、电位-时间曲线进行分析比较认为,在一定电位下,只有电流密度大小比较适中的偏硼酸钠-硼酸体系和柠檬酸-氢氧化钠体系,才能得到相对比较逼真的木纹形貌。
Some kinds of wood graining electrolysis according to patents were compared in experiment.Four systems were selected because that they could give lifelike wood grain,had electrolysis stability and were easy to operate.The four systems are sodium metaborate-boric acid system,tartaric acid-sodium phosphate system,sodium phosphate-butyric acid system and sodium hydroxide-citric acid system respectively.Having compared the voltage-current density curves and the voltage-time curves,the results can be received:sodium metaborate-boric acid system and sodium hydroxide-citric acid system was only two systems that could give relatively lifelike wood grain in apt current density.
