手术和非手术治疗急性胰腺炎的体会

摘要 目的:探讨手术和非手术治疗急性胰腺炎的体会。方法:94例急性胰腺炎患者,在严密监护观察下进行综合性非手术治疗44例,在非手术综合治疗措施基础上,对有手术适应证者采用手术治疗50例。结果:其中非手术组和手术组的治愈率分别为93.19%(41/44例)和80.00%(40/50例),病死率分别为6.81%(3/44例)和20.00%(10/50例)。结论:正确掌握手术指征与时机,是急性胰腺炎救治成功的关键。
