摘要
利用不同抗性水平的丝瓜品种人工接种丝瓜霜霉病的试验 ,结果表明 :接种浓度以5× 10 6～ 6× 10 6个孢子囊 / L为佳 。
Six different resistance of inbreds were inoculated with Pseudoperonospora cubensis in lately two years.The results were summarized as follows:it is suitable to ridge- gourd which were inoculated with a suspension of5× 1 0 6～ 6× 1 0 6 sporangia of P.cubensis per liter.Spranying in seedling is better than the others.
