本文介绍了基因组原位杂交技术的发展历史、基本原理和要点，评述了该项技术近年来在植物远缘杂种染色体分析中的研究进展和局限性。
The development history,basic theory and points of the GISH technique were introduced in the paper.The research progress and limitations on this technique in chromosme analysis of plant wide hybrid in recent years were reviewed.
