肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折 被引量：2

摘要 目的评价肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法采用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折32例，根据Neer分型，二部分骨折13例，三部分骨折15例，四部分骨折4例，平均随访14．3个月（6—18个月），临床随访包括：功能评估和X线摄片。结果32例患者全部骨性愈合，无骨折再移位、骨折不愈合或内固定松动退出，1例出现肱骨头部分坏死。按Neer评分标准，优良率84．3％。结论肱骨近端锁定钢板是治疗老年肱骨近端骨折较为理想有效的方法。
