摘要
目的探讨护理管理控制医院感染效果。方法2008年通过健全组织、完善制度、严格培训、规范行为、奖优罚劣等护理管理控制医院感染,并将医院环境卫生学监测记录及医院感染率指标分别与2007年和2006年进行比较分析。结果2008年空气、物体表面及医务人员手监测记录,医院感染率均分别与2007年和2006年比较差异有极显著意义(P<0.01)。结论护理管理能提高医院环境卫生学合格率,是控制医院感染的有效途径之一。
Objective To study the effect of nosocomial infection controlled by nursing supervision. Methods The nosocomial infection was controlled by nursing supervision such as perfect constitution, consummate institution, severity training, specification behavior, and so on. The monitoring recording of environmental hygiene in hospital and nosocomial infection rate in 2008 were compared with 2007 and 2006 ,respectively. Results A significant difference in the monitoring recording of atmosphere, ohject surface, medical, member hand and nosocomial infection rate were found in 2008 compared with 2007 and 2006, respectively （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The nursing supervision could elevate qualification rate of environmental hygiene in hospital, which will be an effective way for controlling nosocomial infection.
