摘要
目的观察注射用甲硝唑磷酸二钠与4种注射液(盐酸消旋山莨菪碱、地塞米松磷酸钠、10%氯化钾注射液、维生素C)在0.9%氯化钠输液中的配伍稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定室温条件下放置6 h内配伍液的含量及pH值变化情况,同时观察外观变化。结果在室温下6 h内注射用甲硝唑磷酸二钠与4种注射液配伍后含量稳定,pH值略有下降,外观无明显变化。结论注射用甲硝唑磷酸二钠与4种注射液在0.9%氯化钠输液中的配伍基本稳定。
Objective To study the compatible stability between metrouidazole disodium phosphate with four kinds of injections（ raceanisodamine hydrochloride injection, dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection,10% potassium chloride injection and vitamin C） in 0.9% sodium chloride solution. Methods Contents of compatible solution confected in room temperature for 6h was measured by UV - VIS spectroscopy. The change of pH value was also measured. The appearance of solution was observed. Results The content of metronidazole disodium phosphate with four kinds of injections compatibled for injection was stable in 6 h and slight decrease in pH value was obtained. No obvious change of appearance was found. Conclusion Compatibility between metronidazole disodium phosphate for injection with four kinds of injections in 0.9% sodium chloride solution is stable.
