摘要
目的探讨电子阴道镜下宫颈活检对432例宫颈疾病患者进行检查、活检配合适当的护理效果。方法术前做好患者的心理护理及物品准备,术后加强感染和出血的管理。结果术后患者伤口愈合良好,宫颈光滑有弹性,无任何并发症。结论阴道镜宫颈组织活检术后应严密观察病情变化,在治疗与护理中做好健康教育及随访工作,从而进一步提高护理服务质量。
Objective To investgate the effect of nursing care and cooperation of 432 patients underwent cervical biopsy via electric colposcop. Methods Before the operation, the patients applied psychological care and all the equipments were prepared and strengthen management of infection and hcmorrage control after operation. Results All wounds were healed well without cervical erosion or any complication. Conclusion In order to improve quality of nursing care, the condition should be closely observed in the patients after operation, and following - up and healthy education should be done well during therapy and nursing care.
