摘要
目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)对小儿阴囊急症的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法应用高频二维及CDFI观察102例阴囊急症患儿病变的形态、结构、内部回声及血供情况,并与临床、手术及病理结果进行对照分析。结果睾丸附件扭转28例,睾丸扭转14例,急性鞘膜炎8例,急性睾丸炎11例,急性附睾炎19例,阴囊外伤12例,急性阴囊感染10例;超声诊断与临床及病理符合率为96.0%。结论高频CDFI对小儿阴囊急症诊断及时、准确、无创。
Objective To analyse the uhrasonographic characteristics of acute scrota/diseases in children, and to investigate its value in diagnosis and differentiation. Methods The morphological features, structures, inner echoes and blood flow of scrotum and testicles in 102 cases were observed with grey - scale and color Doppler uhrasonography, and they were analyzed with clinical manifestations, operation and pathologic depictions. Results In all 102 cases,28 were suffered with testicle appendix torsion, 14 with testis torsion,8 cases with acute meningitis, 11 with acute orchitis, 19 with acute epididymo -orchitis, 12 with scrottal hematoma and 10 with acute scrotal infection. The accurate rate of ultrasonography is 96.0%. Conclusion Uhrasonography is the initial modality used for evaluation of symptomatic scrotal diseases for its timely, precise, convenient and noninvasive procedures.
