摘要
目的观察低延展性弹力绑带和传统高延展性弹力绑带对淋巴水肿烘绑治疗的影响。方法从2007年5月至9月,共37例因下肢原发性淋巴水肿在我院接受烘绑治疗的患者,其中12例使用低延展性弹力绑带,25例使用高延展性弹力绑带治疗,对肢体周径、含水量在1个疗程后的变化进行比较。结果使用低延展性弹力绑带水肿消退较快,患者舒适度高。结论使用低延展性弹力绑带可提高淋巴水肿烘绑治疗的疗效。
Objective To evaluate the effect of low-stretch bandages and traditional high-stretch bandages on heat and bandage treatment for lymphedema. Methods From May 2007 to September 2007, 37 eases with primary lymphedema of lower limb were given heat and bandage treatment. Among them, 12 cases used low-stretch bandages, 25 eases used traditional high-stretch bandages. After a course of treatment, the changes of circumference and volume of limb were detected. Results In the group with low-stretch bandages, lymphedema remitted more quickly, and patients felt better than another group. Conclusion Low-stretch bandages can improve the effect of heat and bandage treatment for lymphedema.
