摘要
对采自点苍山地区蚱属2个种,即日本蚱Tetrix japonica(Bolivar)、洱海蚱T. erhaiensis Zheng et Mao进行了核型及C带比较分析,结果表明:2种蚱的染色体数目2n(♂)=12+XO=13,全部是端着丝粒染色体;染色体组式均为2L+4M+X;都具着丝粒C带,端带不是每种每条染色体都有;异染色质总含量洱海蚱高于日本蚱。
The karyotype and c-band patterns of the Tetrixjaponica (Bolivar), T. erhaiensis Zheng et Mao and T. sp.nov ,2 Tetrix species from Cangshan Mountain region were investigated. The result showed that the chromosome numbers of 2 Tetrix species is 2n (♂)=12+XO=13, and they are all terminal chromosomes. The group-form in the chromosomes are 2L+4M+X. They have all telecentric-C-band, but they are not always terminal-C-band .The total amount of heterochrmoatin of T. erhaiensis zheng et Mao is higher than T. japonica (Bolivar).
