摘要
以Cu2O为代表的p型半导体光催化材料由于成分简单,对氧的吸附能力强,能被可见光激发等优势正成为新的研究热点,具有良好的应用前景.论文综述了纳米Cu2O的制备、固定化及其在污染治理中的应用研究进展,提出了建立可见光—Cu2O—固定化的Fenton一体化的复合光催化体系,以彻底氧化分解有机污染物.
The p-type semiconductor photo-catalytic materials represented by Cu2O have become a hot research spot and have good application prospects owing to their simple components, strong oxygen absorption capacity and their ability to be stimulated by visible light. This paper introduces the preparation and stabilization of nanometer Cu2O and the progress of their application research and proposes the establishment of a composite photocatalytic system of visible light-Cu2O-immobilized Fenton to decompose organic pollutants.
