摘要
为分析自然破片战斗部不同数值模拟方法的有效性,以非线性动力分析软件LS-DYNA为工具,采用单元失效法和节点分离法对战斗部壳体破碎过程进行研究,得到战斗部壳体飞散形态、半径膨胀曲线和破片速度曲线。通过对比壳体破片特征参数,分析不同建模方法对计算结果的影响。结果表明:单元失效法和破片最终飞散形态有较大区别,节点分离法从宏观唯象角度和实际情况较为符合。
In order to study numerical method of natural fragment warhead, element failure model and nodes-tied model were investigated for the whole process of detonation drive characteristics with LS-DYNA finite element dynamic code. Key technical problems such as scattering characteristics of fragment, radius expanding curve, and fragment velocity curve were obtained. By analyzing characteristics of natural fragment warhead, influence of different model was considered. The results show that element failure method may cause great error in fragment scattering, and nodes-tied model is in accord with practice.
