摘要
为了实现在不同时间段对深海沉积层孔隙水的自动采集,并将其有效地保存在采样瓶中,采用了步进电机、实时时钟芯片、单片机控制器作为采样器的运动控制系统,实现了对深海沉积层孔隙水的分时自动采集。同时也设计了适合深海采集的采样瓶,使得采集到的样品能够很好地保存在瓶中。试验结果表明,此采样器能够在不同时段自动采集孔隙水,并将其有效地保存。
Aiming at implementing automatic collection of deep-sea core-water in different periods and well preserving it in sample bottles, a motion control system adopting a step motor, a real-time clock chip and a microeontroller as the sampler was designed. Automatic core-water collection in deep-sea's deposition layer was achieved at different time. Meanwhile, sampling bot- tles suitable for deep-sea collection were designed, in order to well preserve the samples in the bottles. Experimental results indicate that such a sampler is able to collect core-water automatically in different periods, and preserve it well.
