摘要
桥梁管理系统中维修加固计划的制定受到经济因素、社会因素、环境因素等条件的约束,其中最重要的就是经济因素以及目标桥梁经过维修加固后的品质状况问题.选用耐荷性和耐久性作为桥梁的指标,建立费用最小化和品质最大化的优化模型,采用蚁群算法对维修加固计划进行优化,并根据维修管理部门的预算和施工条件,给出最佳的桥梁维修管理方案.
Making a maintenance plan in Bridge Management System is bound by the factors of economy, environment and society, of which the economy factor and the traitstative of maintained bridges are the most important. According to the load-carrying capability and durability, an optimum model of bridge maintenance plan to minimize maintenance cost and get maximum quality is established. In this model, the ACA is used to optimize the maintenance plan and the best management scheme based on maintenance budget and execution conditions is given.
