摘要
高保护价值森林(HCVF)是森林管理委员会(FSC)提出的,它作为森林认证的原则之一,可极大地促进森林可持续经营。文章参考国内有关HCVF的最新研究成果,根据淳安县森林资源现状,结合各专项规划和研究,运用WWF制定的判定工具对景观HCVF进行判定。研究结果:(1)淳安景观HCVF区域土地总面积150 400 hm2,其中林业用地面积87 733.33 hm2,占58.33%;水域面积56 266.67 hm2,占37.41%;非林业用地面积6 400 hm2,占4.26%。(2)淳安景观HCVF判定面积87 733.33 hm2,占研究区域林业用地面积的24.47%。
The concept of High Conservation Value Forests （HCVFs） ,which was proposed by the Forest Stewardship Council （FSC） ,can greatly promote sustainable forest management as one of the principles of the forest ce^ification. Existing domestic latest research results about HCVFs were referenced, according to the forest resources status in Chun＇ an County, to combine each special plan and the research, the HCVFs of landscape were identified by using WWF＇ s identification toolkit. Result shows that： （ 1 ）the regional land total area of Chun＇ an landscape HCVFs is 150 400 hm^2 ,among them forestry land was 87 733.33 hm^2, accounting for 58.33% ; the water area is 56 266.67 hm^2, accounting for 37.41% ; the non-for- estry area is 6 400 hm^2, accounting for 4.26%. （2） the identified area of Chun＇ an landscape HCVFs is 87 733.33 hm^2, accounting for 24.47% of the forestry land area in research region.
