认认真真贯彻学习国务院3号文件精神，一条一条地梳理、落实、寻找，找到政策与重钢朵力公司实际发展的结合点，让政策开花结果，争取重钢朵力尽快进入资本市场。重庆市“证券场外交易市场”（简称OTC市场）建设“资金已经确定，配套文件和管理制度基本成熟，已报重庆市政府，待审定后上报证监会。争取6月底机构正式成立。同期做好公司选择、培育，力争2009年12月底挂牌交易。”重钢朵力公司的近期目标是争取在2009年12月底，实现重钢朵力股份进入重庆市证券场外交易市场（OTC）首批公司挂牌交易。
