国际干散货市场由于受各种因素的影响，接近于一个完全竞争市场，干散货运费费率无时无刺不在变化，航运企业和贸易商承担着巨大的运价变动风险。FFA市场作为金融衍生工具能帮助企业有效地规避航运风险，因此，中国企业要积极了解FFA的运作机制，有效利用FFA来降低企业的经营风险。
