摘要
目的观察复杂孔源性视网膜脱离行玻璃体手术的疗效及并发症。方法对51例51眼复杂孔源性视网膜脱离患者(除外牵引性视网膜脱离)行标准三通道闭合式玻璃体切除并联合巩膜外加压、眼内激光光凝、冷凝及眼内填充手术。结果术后视力提高37眼(72.55%),不变9眼(17.65%),下降5眼(9.80%)。手术并发症包括术中出血、医源裂孔、术后高眼压、低眼压和视网膜再脱离。结论玻璃体手术治疗复杂孔源性视网膜脱离疗效佳,并发症少。
Objective To investigate visual outcomes and complications of complicated retinal detachment treated by pars plana vitrectomy. Methods Fifty-one eyes of 51 patients with complicated retinal detachment treated with vitrectomy-scleral buckling, endolaser photocoagulation or cryocoagulation, and intraocular tamponade were studied. Results Postoperatively, visual acuity improved in 37 eyes （72.55%）, remained unchanged in nine eyes （17.65%）, and visual acuity worse in five eyes （9.80%）. The complications included haemorrhage, retinal tear in the operation and postoperative increase in intraocular pressure or hypotony and retinal redetachment. Conclusion The vitrectomy-scleral buckling is a effective treatment for complicated retinal detachment and the complications are less.
