摘要
农民增收问题历来是我国各级政府关注的重点。本文在分析新疆农民非农收入增长的现状及存在问题的基础上,提出了增加农民非农收入的对策建议。
Farmers ＇ income increase has always been the focus of all leveIs of government in China. The paper makes an analysis of status quo and existing problems of farmers＇ non - farming income in Xinjiang and advances proposals to increase farmers＇ non - farming income.
