摘要
在分析了型腔模数控加工工艺及特点后,介绍了用Cimatronit软件对型腔模数控加工的常用加工工艺。通过实际的应用案例,介绍了典型零件的加工工序及关键加工参数的设置。
Based on the analysis of the technologies for CNC machining of cavity moulds and their characteris-tics, the commonly used CNC machining technologies with Cimatron are introduced. Through actual application cases, the procedures for machining some typical parts and the setting of the key machining parameters are introduced.
