瞬噪追踪——远离瞬间噪音的烦恼

摘要
背景噪音长期困扰着助听器配戴者。在许多情况下，背景噪音不仅降低言语理解度，而且还给听障患者带来很多烦恼，使其不愿意配戴助听器。研究表明，与有助听器配戴经验的患者相比．新配戴者对背景噪音更敏感。噪音带给助听器新用户的烦恼更多，即使该助听器的输出已经调试到患者的不舒适阈以下。这说明问题不在于大声噪音，而是普通噪音。长期的听觉适应会帮助患者习惯这些噪音，然而．在适应的过程中，
