摘要
The government’s cultivation and development to the labor market has an important place in the Japanese economic development after World War Ⅱ. Both the employment organism and wage system in that period had many saliences worth noticing. With the revolution of the society, these saliences has changed a lot. The problems lies in present labor market are as follow:unemployment rate control; women employment problem; old - age labor’s employment and wage problem.
