摘要
职业指导自诞生以来,主要经历了指导式咨询、非指导式咨询、生涯辅导的发展过程,产生了特质因素理论、发展性理论、类型学理论及社会学习理论等众多理论。国外职业生涯辅导已形成了自己独特的理论体系,每一种理论及整个理论体系的演变都为我国大学生职业生涯辅导工作提供了有益的启示。
The brief review of Western Career Guidance Theory shows that since the birth of career guidance in America, it has mainly gone through the development process of guidance counseling, non-directed counseling and career guidance, brought forth trait-factor theory, developmental theory, typology theory and social learning theory, etc, and formed its own unique theoretical system. With the overview of this western theory, the paper explores its enlightenment on the demestic colleges students＇ career guidance work.
