实施文档一体化管理推进高校档案信息化建设是适应社会信息化发展的必然产物,它对档案管理观念、方式、手段产生了深远影响。加快高校档案信息化建设的步伐,大力开发和利用档案资源,将是高校档案工作的重要内容和研究课题。计算机的广泛应用,为高校实行文档一体化管理提供了技术支持,电子文件的出现要求档案工作向文件管理延伸,使文件生成之日起就得到质量控制,从而更好地开发档案信息资源,作好档案管理,保护档案资料,提高档案利用率。
The implementation of the integrated management of the document file information is result of construction of colleges and universities in adapting to social information. It has great influence on the concepts, methods, and means of file management. File information of colleges and universities should be accelerated. Extensive use of computers in colleges and universities provides the technical support for the integrated management of documents; the emergence of electronic document requests that document management transit to file management; the development of archival information resources prepares for the file management, file resources should be protected to enhance the utilization file.
