大流量全膜法水处理技术在电厂中的应用 被引量:7

APPLICATION OF LARGE FLOW RATE FULLFILM WATER TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY IN POWER PLANTS

摘要 通过大流量全膜法水处理技术在某燃机电厂的成功运行实践,介绍了全膜法水处理系统的控制特点及调试经验并针对存在的问题提出了改进措施。实践表明,全膜法水处理工艺的最大优点是环境友好、系统简单、连续制水、占地面积少且产水水质好,除盐水电导率仅为0.062 5μS/cm,硅酸根为2μg/L。 Through successful operation practice of large flow rate full- film water treatment technolo- gy in one gas turbine power plant, the control features and debugging experience of full- film water treatment system have been presented. Practice shows that the greatest advantages of full - film water treatment technology are as follows:friendly to environment, small area of occupation,and good quality of output water. The conductivity of desalted water is only 0. 062 5 μs/cm,silicate radical being 2 μg/ L. Directing against the existing problems, some countermeasures have been put forward.
