锅炉空气预热器柔性接触式密封改造 被引量:5

RETROFITTING AIR PREHEATER OF BOILER TO ADOPT CONTACTING TYPE FLEXIBLE SEAL

摘要 对大唐徐塘发电有限责任公司300 MW机组锅炉回转式空气预热器存在漏风率偏大的问题进行了分析,认为漏风偏大主要由运行中转子径向膨胀大于冷端膨胀,以及转子中心轴向上膨胀,使转子产生蘑菇状变形,扇形板与转子端面密封间隙变大引起。对回转式空气预热器进行了柔性接触式密封技术改造,改造后漏风率由12%下降为5.5%,效果明显,达到了改造的预期目的。 The problem of high air leakage rate existing on rotary air preheater of boielr for 300 MW u- nit in Xutang Power Generation Co Ltd has been analysed. It is believed that the main causes leading to high air leakage are as follows:the radial expansion of rotor in operation is larger than the cold end ex- pansion; the axial expansion of rotor centre makes the rotor to produce mushroom - shaped deforma- tion;the sealed gap between segment plate and the end- face of rotor being increased. The rotary air preheater has been retrofitted to adopt contacting type flexible seal. After retrofitting,the air leakage rate has reduced from 12% to 5 %, having remarkable effectiveness, reaching the expected purpose of retrofit.
