摘要
人们在使用空间时的行为是建筑创作中最基本的信息,掌握这一信息可使建筑设计更具有针对性和科学性.目前由于缺少科学、有效、易于操作的设计模式作为指导,往往会出现建筑空间无法满足使用者需求的现象.传统的设计模式是单向直线型的,不利于设计者与使用者之间的信息沟通.本文提出的基于使用者行为需求的建筑设计模式是双向环型的,在原有设计模式的基础上分别在设计阶段的中前期介入建筑计划学、后期介入使用后评估的理论及方法.该模式将使用者行为需求研究贯穿于整个建筑设计过程,对促进建筑设计方法的科学化具有良好的指导意义.
People＇s behavior on the use of the space is the basic information for designer, which can make architecture design more scientific. The perfect space and environment should serve people, and meet their need. The absence of an effective way and design mode, there＇s gap between the designer and the user. The traditional design mode is a mode of ＂line＂, which can not communicate between designer and user. This paper has come up with a new mode,＂ a mode of ＂circle＂, based on the user＇s behavior, and givew two ways to put in to the new mode. One is the architecture planning for former process; the other is POE for later process. This new mode will help make the architecture design more scientific.
