电化学快速锈蚀与自然环境钢筋锈蚀的相似性分析 被引量:15

摘要 就电化学快速锈蚀与自然环境下钢筋锈蚀的相似性进行研究,深入分析了环境条件对钢筋锈蚀机理、钢筋表面特征与锈蚀产物的影响,通过对电化学快速锈蚀与自然环境下混凝土保护层锈胀开裂的比较,探讨了电化学快速锈蚀模拟自然环境钢筋锈蚀的适用性.根据自然环境条件下和快速锈蚀试验中钢筋混凝土中锈蚀产物不同,提出了对外加电流快速锈蚀条件下钢筋混凝土锈胀开裂试验结果进行修正的方法. A comparison of corrosion by impressed current technique with that in natural conditions is made. The influence of environmental conditions on the corrosion mechanism, characteristics and corrosion products is analyzed, and the suitability of the technique to simulate natural corrosion is discussed by comparing the corrosion cracking by acceleration and in natural environments. Finally a new method to correct the cover cracking results of acceleration test is proposed according to the expansion coefficient of rusts.
