摘要
由于目前市场上对于中高层住宅交通核空间的设计存在良莠不齐现象,并且对十八层以上的板式高层住宅交通核空间设计存在研究空白,而随着土地价值的不断提升,此类高层住宅的建设越来越多,对于此类高层住宅交通核空间的研究也就变得非常必要和迫切.因此,以19层及其以上的板式高层住宅为研究对象,对其交通核内各构成要素及相关规范、规定进行分析、研究.最后以住宅交通核内各构成要素相关规范、规定为前提,以设计出功能合理、流线简捷、面积节约的交通核空间为目标,提出了几种典型的交通核空间设计思路,旨在能对相关的研究、设计人员起到参考与借鉴作用.
It is necessary to study the transportation core space design of the high -rise slab building because of the defects of the transportation core space design in the market. The text regards the 19 and above high -rise slab building as the research object. By analyzing the codes and rules of the elements in the transportation core, the text puts down meeting the kind of the codes and rules for the design condition and creating the function reasonable, traffic succinct and saving area for the design target. Lastly the text puts forward several kinds of design of typical transportation core space. Ii is hoped that the contents of the thesis can provide some references to the related researcher and designer.
