摘要
通过将农村商业银行与城市商业银行进行对比分析,发现二者在发展中既存在共同点也存在差异。以城市商业银行发展的成功经验研究为例,提出了农村商业银行在未来的发展中应进一步完善公司治理结构,明确市场定位,做好风险管理等建议。
The common ground and differences in the development of rural commercial bank and city commercial bank are found by comparative analysis. Taking the successful experiences in the development of city commercial bank as an example, the suggestions for the future development of rural commercial bank are put forward including further perfecting the corporate governance structure, defining the market positioning and improving the risk management and so on.
