针对河北省烟叶生产实际,明确指出了河北省发展现代烟草农业的重大社会效益,详细阐述了河北省发展现代烟草农业的基本思路,同时从加强基础设施建设,提高规模化、信息化管理水平等方面提出建设现代烟草农业的有效措施。
According to the production practice of tobacco in Hebei Province, the important social benefit of developing modern tobacco agriculture in Hebei Province are analyzed, the basic idea is introduced, and the effective measures are put forward including strengthening the infrastructure construction and improving the scale and information management levels and so on.
