摘要
针对抗虫棉常规株型精细整枝、早衰严重,且整枝繁、工序多、劳动效率低的问题,依据叶枝的生育特点,创新了扩行缩株、非化控、叶枝早摘心、1株多茎育种新技术;采用多亲本杂交、病圃连续选择、株型定向培育方法,育成简化高产抗虫棉新品种沧198。该品种在河北省区域试验中,采用常规株型种植,籽棉增产10.8%~15,8%;采用多茎栽培,节省整枝用工70%,籽棉产量达3871.7~4900.5kg/hm^2,增产12.4%~22.3%,且纤维品质优良,抗逆性增强。确定的配套栽培技术简便易行,可操作性强。
There were some problems in the fine pruning of insect-resistant cotton such as complex working procedure, low efficiency, and sever plant premature senility. Based on the growth technology including enlarging row spacing and narrowing plant spacing, characteristics of leafy shoots, the new non-chemical controlling, breeding early pinching of leafy shoots, and multi-stem pruning shape. The high-yield simplified insect-resistant cotton new variety Cang 198 was bred by the methods of multi-parental crossing, continuous selection in disease nursery and directive cultivation of pruning type. The yields of seed cotton with normal pruning shape increased by 10. 8% - 15.8% in the regional tests in Hebei Province. The labor in pruning saved 70%. The yields of seed cotton with multi-stem pruning shape reached 3 871.7 - 4 900. 5 kg/hm^2, which increased by 12.4% -22. 3%. The fiber quality was fine, and the stress resistance was strong. Its corresponding cultivation techniques were simple, and easy to operate.
