两种不同预冲液对减少血液透析早期低血压的作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨生理盐水和低分子佑旋糖酐作为预冲液在减少血液透析早期低血压的作用。方法:将我院肾病科2007年1~12月90例需行血液透析治疗的患者随机分为A、B、C三组。A组采用常规血液透析方法,在上机引血至体外循环管路时,丢弃管路中生理盐水后再连接病人血管通路行透析治疗。B、C组分别采用生理盐水和低分子佑旋糖酐150~200ml预冲管路后直接连接病人血管通路,借助透析机血泵将其输入体内再行血液透析。观察其上机前血压及上机后1小时内血压,临床表现。结果:实验组患者早期低血压的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:透析前输入与引至体外循环等血量的生理盐水或低分子佑旋糖酐可有效预防早期低血压的发生。
