骨髓间充质干细胞的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 间充质干细胞（mesenchymal stem cells，MSCs）是来源于中胚层的一类具有自我更新及多向分化能力的干细胞，不仅存在于骨髓、脂肪、脐血和外周血^[1]中，还存在于软骨膜、骨膜、骨小梁^[2]以及肌肉^[3]中。目前研究较多的是来源于骨髓的MSCs，称骨髓间充质干细胞（Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells，BMSCs）。
